C-Job Seekers
1.Tawzeef’s online platform
Qatar Manpower Solutions Co. (Jusour) Q.P.S.C (“Jusour”) will provide an online recruitment platform as part of the Tawzeef program (“Tawzeef Platform”) that allows job seekers (each a “Job Seeker”) to apply for job openings posted by employers in Qatar (each an “Employer”) or by the administrator of Tawzeef Platform.
The Job Seeker must create an account that enables it to access the Tawzeef Platform.
By creating an account, I hereby confirm that I am a Job Seeker as described above and that I agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. Relationship with Jusour
1. The present Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Jusour and the Job Seeker (the “Agreement”).
2. My use of the Tawzeef Platform constitutes the Job Seeker’s acceptance to be bound by this Agreement, by virtue of which a contractual relationship is established between the Job Seeker and Jusour.
3. Jusour has the right to amend this Agreement from time to time. These amendments will be effective when posted on the platform or when notified to me by Jusour.
4. Any decision I make in relation to accessing or using the Tawzeef Platform is based on my own discretion. Any information published on the platform is not intended as advice and Jusour does not have any legal responsibility as a result of my access, use or reliance on the information.
3. Requirements
a. Eligibility: I confirm and undertake that I have the capacity and legal authority to register as a Job Seeker on the Tawzeef Platform.
b. Profile Creation: I acknowledge that in order to access and use the Tawzeef Platform to benefit from the services provided, I must register create a profile that includes all the information and documents required by Jusour.
I take responsibility for all activities related to my account and shall not allow any unauthorized access to my account.
c. Registration Information: I acknowledge and agree that the information I provide during registration, including all my details and personal information, is true, accurate, and complete. I also confirm that all information and documents including my resume that I submitted on the Tawzeef Platform are correct and accurate. In the event the documents are not accurate and correct, the Job Seeker shall be held liable, and Jusour shall have the right to take any measures against the Job Seeker, including, but not limited to:
1. Immediately suspend, temporary or permanently, the Job Seeker’s right to use the Tawzeef Platform.
2. Remove any material uploaded to the Tawzeef Platform.
3. Hold the Job Seeker responsible for all costs (administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
4. Based on Jusour’s sole disclosure, disclose of all information to the relevant authorities
d. The Job Seeker agrees on the creation of an account on the Tawzeef Platform, to receive communications from Jusour or any party acting on its behalf, whether by e-mail, text messages or phone calls.
e. Recruitment: the Job Seeker understands that the creation of an account on the Tawzeef Platform does not guarantee that the Job Seeker will find any suitable job vacancies on the platform or guarantee recruitment whether by any Employer or through a Recruitment Agency through the platform.
f.Use of the Tawzeef Platform: the Job Seeker confirms that they will use the Tawzeef Platform strictly as follows:
• Uploading their resumes and additional required documents by Jusour;
• Searching and applying for job openings posted by Employers or the administrator of the Tawzeef Platform; and
• Applying for job openings through Recruitment Agencies.
g.Hiring of Job Seekers: Should any Job Seekers be hired for the purpose of the Job Vacancies through the Tawzeef Platform, the Job Seeker agrees that the Employer shall be solely responsible of all costs related to the employment of the Job Seekers including in case of Job Seekers hired from outside of Qatar payment of costs associated with their medical tests and all visa related fees and payment of flight costs, their salaries, expenses and accommodation in Qatar in accordance with the applicable laws in Qatar. In this regard, the Job Seeker agrees that Jusour shall not assume any responsibilities, whether financial responsibility or otherwise, and shall not assume any legal liability whether toward the Job Seeker, the Employer or any other third party in relation to the hiring, employment or work performance of the Job Seekers or in relation to any other aspect of this Agreement.
h.Fees: the Job Seeker agrees that it shall not pay any fees or costs to the Employer or Recruitment Agency at any stage.
i. the Job Seeker agrees that Jusour reserves its right to cancel the Job Seeker’s access to the Tazweef Platform and delete the Job Seeker’s account at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate by Jusour.
4.Platform ownership
The ownership of the Tawzeef Platform and all rights related to it are owned by Jusour. The Job Seeker shall not have, by virtue of this Agreement, any rights related to the platform, nor shall the Job Seeker be entitled to claim any rights or compensation arising as a result of accessing or using this platform.
5. Liability
a. The services are provided through the Tawzeef Platform on an “as is” basis and Jusour does not make any warranty regarding the suitability, safety or quality of the services provided on the platform.
Jusour does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or completeness of the data displayed on the platform and the Job Seeker agrees to assume all risks arising from my use of the platform and the service related to it.
b.Jusour accepts no liability arising from the unauthorized use of the Job Seeker’s account on the Tawzeef Platform. If the Job Seeker’s account is used by an unauthorized person, or if I suspect that there has been a breach of security, I agree to notify Jusour.
c. Jusour shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising from:
1. the Job Seeker’s use or reliance on the Tawzeef platform or the services, or its inability to access or use the platform or the services for any reasons.
2. the hiring or non-hiring of any Candidates through the Tawzeef Platform.
3. Delay or failure to perform services due to reasons beyond Jusour’s control.
6. Confidentiality
The Job Seeker acknowledges and agrees to keep confidential any and all information obtained through the Tawzeef Platform.
7.Governing Law and dispute resolution
a. I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
b. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising as a result of this Agreement, or its interpretation or implementation shall be settled by the Qatari courts.
8.General terms
Entire Agreement: I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Job Seeker and Jusour.
Assignment: The Job Seeker may not assign its rights under this Agreement without Jusour’s prior written consent.
