Technician-Painter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technician-Painter auto to join our team. The Technician-Painter auto will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust and other contaminants
- Mix paint to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint using spray guns or brushes
- Perform quality checks to ensure paint application is smooth and even
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety precautions and guidelines

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an auto paint technician
- Knowledge of paint mixing techniques and application methods
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Certification or training in auto painting is a plus

1. Proficiency in various painting techniques and tools
2. Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes
3. Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
4. Skilled in surface preparation including sanding, priming, and masking
