Job Summary:
We are seeking a Stationary Equipment Technician to be responsible for Conducting welding inspections and work related to joint fit-up, root run, dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, hardness testing, and viewing and interpreting radiographs.
Job Responsibility:
- Install, maintain, and repair stationary equipment such as boilers, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a stationary equipment technician or a similar role.
- Technical knowledge of stationary equipment and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification or training in stationary equipment maintenance is a plus.
-In-depth understanding of corrosion control / cathodic protection, inspection reports generation
-Hands-on experience in thickness monitoring & survey, welding inspection, non-destructive testing, painting & coating inspection, insulation & refractory.
