Senior Foreman

Job Summary:
As a Senior Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervising and coordinating activities of construction workers.
2. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site.
3. Planning and organizing workflow to meet project deadlines.
4. Inspecting work progress and quality to guarantee standards are met.
5. Training and mentoring junior staff.
6. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
5. Time management and problem-solving abilities.
6. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
