Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to manage the coordination and submission of bids and proposals for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to submission, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead the coordination of bid responses, working closely with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure all requirements are met
- Develop and maintain a bid library, including templates, case studies, and other relevant materials to streamline the bid process
- Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and develop a clear understanding of client needs and objectives
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling and competitive bid proposals
- Manage the bid schedule, deadlines, and key milestones to ensure timely submission
- Conduct quality assurance checks on bid documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all requirements
- Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors as needed for bid submissions
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or related roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and requirements
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
