Room Attendant

Summary:
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms in the hotel, as well as providing exceptional service to guests during their stay.

Job Responsibility:
1. Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
2. Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
3. Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms
4. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor
5. Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met promptly and efficiently
6. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Room Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry
2. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
4. Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
5. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety guidelines
