Registered Midwife

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Midwife to provide care and support to expectant mothers before, during, and after childbirth. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of the birthing process, including prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care.

-Bachelor of Science in Midwifery or Bachelor of Science in Nursing AND recognized post-graduate program in Midwifery.
-3 years as Midwife after registration/licensing as Registered Midwife.
-Valid Primary license from the country of origin (if applicable) AND should be eligible for license from the Licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare Profession.

Strong knowledge of antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
- Ability to perform clinical assessments and provide appropriate care to mothers and newborns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
- Proficient in providing emotional support and counseling to expectant mothers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Skilled in conducting deliveries and managing any complications that may arise
- Knowledge of relevant medical tools and equipment used in maternity care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices in midwifery
