Receptionist

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join Q Care Health Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all front desk activities, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general information about the organization.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
5. Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients.
6. Provide basic information to visitors and clients regarding the services offered by Q Care Health Services.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
