Pharmacy Technician

Summary:
The role supports the Pharmacist in medicine management by handling various tasks related to medicine distribution and supply, including storage, assembly, repackaging, and preparation for dispensing to patients and healthcare providers. This position works under the guidance of a licensed Pharmacist and performs tasks that do not necessitate a Pharmacist's specific skills or privileges.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the secure storage, assembly, repackaging, and preparation of medicines as directed by the Pharmacist.
- Prepare medicines for dispensing to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow protocols and guidelines set by the Pharmacist for accurate and safe medicine distribution.
- Maintain organized records of medicine inventory and transactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient medicine supply management.

Candidate Requirements:
2 years diploma in pharmacy 
1 year experience pharmacy

Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of medication dispensing procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of basic pharmacology
