PAX Transportation Driver

Summary:
The Passenger Transportation and Logistics Support Driver will be responsible for operating heavy and light passenger transportation vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of passengers within airport premises. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, maintaining vehicles, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Job Responsibility:
- Drive and operate heavy and light passenger transportation vehicles in line with Airport Driving SOPs and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth passenger journey.
- Profile all flights requiring passenger transportation and plan resources accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to assigned tasks and flights.
- Ensure vehicles are driven and maintained safely according to Company processes and regulations.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate transportation tasks.
- Adhere to grooming standards, operating policies, and procedures at all times.
- Perform any other duties related to the position as directed by the Department Head.

Candidate Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in operating heavy and light vehicles, preferably within airport or transportation services.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures related to vehicle operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Adherence to grooming standards and company policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as loading and unloading baggage and assisting passengers.

High School Qualification or Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of job-related experience (if High School Qualification) or no prior job-related work experience (if Bachelor's degree)
- Home country Heavy license
- Ability to obtain Qatari Heavy Vehicle License
- Ability to obtain AVOP
- Detailed knowledge of safe traffic laws
- Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
