Nurse Technician _ Assistant Nurse

Summary:
As a Nurse Technician/Assistant Nurse, you will be responsible for providing basic patient care, assisting nurses and healthcare professionals in medical procedures, and ensuring the well-being of patients.

Job Responsibility:
1. Assist nurses with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
2. Monitor and record patient vital signs.
3. Help patients with personal hygiene tasks.
4. Provide basic medical treatments as instructed by the healthcare team.
5. Assist in turning and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores.
6. Collect samples for laboratory testing.
7. Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
10. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Nurse Technician, Assistant Nurse, or similar role.
2. Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar certification.
3. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately.
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.
7. Physical stamina and strength to assist with lifting and positioning patients.
8. Understanding of patient safety and infection control principles.
9. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
10. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with healthcare best practices.
