Night Auditor

Summary:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operations of our establishment, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and exceptional customer service throughout the night.

Job Responsibility:
- Conducting nightly audits to reconcile daily transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management.
- Checking in late-arriving guests, handling any guest inquiries or issues during the night shift.
- Securing the premises and monitoring for any safety or security concerns.
- Coordinating with other staff members to ensure a smooth transition between evening and morning shifts.
- Assisting with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and hotel operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks during the night shift.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and accounting software for auditing purposes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
