Mixologist (Captain)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mixologist (Captain) to join our team in the luxury hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the beverage service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

- Create and prepare innovative and high-quality cocktails based on guest preferences and special requests
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with a variety of spirits, mixers, and garnishes
- Provide recommendations on unique cocktail pairings and offerings to enhance the guest experience
- Supervise and train junior mixologists and bar staff on service standards, cocktail recipes, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the bar area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Mixologist in a luxury hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality service under pressure
- Attention to detail and creativity in crafting unique and visually appealing cocktails
- Certification in mixology or a related field is a plus
