Job Summary:
The IT Support Technician will provide technical support and assistance to end-users with hardware, software, and network related issues. They will troubleshoot problems, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure all systems are running efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components.
2. Troubleshooting technical issues and determining root causes.
3. Providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
4. Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
5. Conducting regular system updates and backups.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
2. Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques.
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus.
