Job Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for our facility.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high quality of work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect and evaluate the facility regularly to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies to support efficient housekeeping operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
