Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Hostess to join our team. The Hostess will welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Communicate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hostess or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
