External Façade Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are looking for an External Façade Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings' exteriors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping windows, walls, and other surfaces free of dirt, debris, and other contaminants.

Job Responsibility:
- Clean external building surfaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques
- Remove dirt, grime, mold, or other substances from windows, walls, and other exterior surfaces
- Inspect surfaces for damage or signs of wear and tear
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working at heights or on scaffolding
- Work efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an external façade cleaner or in a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment for external surfaces
- Ability to work at heights and follow safety guidelines
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to differentiate between types of contaminants on surfaces
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
