Job Summary:
We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Senior Techno Functional Consultant to join our team and provide technical expertise in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and configuring CRM applications to meet the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs.
- Design and implement technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Customize CRM applications using configurations, workflows, plugins, and scripts.
- Develop and maintain system integrations with other applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Train end-users on how to use CRM functionalities effectively.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong technical background in CRM customization and configuration.
- Good understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus.
