Creative Director (Call-Off/Project Based)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to provide high-level creative leadership and strategic direction on selected projects. This role focuses on elevating creative concepts, campaign platforms, and storytelling while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives.

The Creative Director works closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Producers, and the Studio Manager to shape distinctive creative ideas and ensure excellence in concept development and presentation. This position is project-based and focused on idea leadership rather than operational studio management.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Concept Leadership
• Define and elevate creative strategies, campaign platforms, and big ideas
• Lead ideation and concept development for high-impact projects
• Ensure ideas are strategically grounded and aligned with brand positioning

Creative Quality & Standards
• Set the creative benchmark for key projects
• Participate in internal creative reviews and milestone checkpoints
• Ensure creative quality and consistency across deliverables

Client-Facing Creative Leadership
• Present creative concepts and campaign platforms to clients
• Support new business pitches and strategic presentations
• Articulate creative rationale to senior stakeholders

Team Mentorship & Creative Guidance
• Mentor Art Directors and senior creatives on conceptual thinking
• Provide creative feedback and strategic direction

Creative Knowledge Development
• Contribute to creative playbooks, frameworks, and references
• Document successful creative approaches for future projects

This role is engaged on a call-off basis and focuses on creative idea leadership rather than operational studio management or resource supervision.
