Contracts Specialist

Job Summary:
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, drafting contract documents, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Job Responsibility:
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and other parties.
- Reviewing and drafting contract documents, including terms of agreements and pricing structures.
- Ensuring that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Resolving any contract disputes or issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
