BMS Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BMS (Building Management System) Technician to ensure the proper functioning of our building automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Job Responsibility:
- Install, program, and configure BMS equipment and systems according to specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure all systems are operating efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with BMS equipment and software
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of BMS systems with other building systems
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades
- Stay updated on the latest BMS technology and trends

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BMS Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with various BMS systems and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certification in BMS systems or related field is a plus
