Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract (Legacy Role)

Job Summary:
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract (Legacy Role) will be responsible for assisting in the management of all financial aspects of construction projects after the project has been completed.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing final accounts, variations, and subcontractor claims.
- Support the preparation of final reports and assessments.
- Collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor and other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in resolving any financial disputes or claims that arise post-construction.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field.
- Previous experience in quantity surveying or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and financial processes.
