Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an Airside Team Leader to oversee and coordinate the operational activities of our airside team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and safe operations while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the airside team, including ramp operations, aircraft marshalling, baggage handling, and aircraft grooming
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and conduct regular safety inspections
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely departures
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during operations
