Waitress

Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The Waitress will play a key role in our team ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and escort customers to their tables.
2. Present menus and take orders.
3. Serve food and beverages to customers.
4. Check in with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
5. Prepare the bill and process payment.
6. Clean and set up dining areas, refill condiments, and stock service areas.
7. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure a positive dining experience.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Waitress or similar role in the food industry.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
7. Physical stamina and strength to carry trays and stand for long periods.
