Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating work activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate and schedule daily work activities, including assigning tasks to subcontractors and monitoring progress
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Manage on-site resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and manpower
- Communicate regularly with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all workers on site
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Current knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
