Senior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.

Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis.
2. Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations.
3. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
5. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
6. Monitor and analyze accounting data.
7. Assist with audits and tax filings.
8. Supervise and train accounting staff.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant.
3. Advanced knowledge of accounting software.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
7. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills:
1. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
2. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
8. Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus
