Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Job Responsibility:
1. Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
2. Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care plans.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
5. Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality care and patient safety.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Degree in Nursing and valid nursing license.
2. Proven experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
