Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Q Care Health Services and provide high-quality medical care to our patients. The successful candidate will work closely with our healthcare team to administer medication, monitor patients' conditions, and ensure they receive the best possible care.

Job Responsibility:
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans for patients
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Candidate Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
