IT Support Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Job Responsibility:
- Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Assist in maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Troubleshoot network and system issues
- Create and maintain documentation of IT procedures and solutions
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
- Collaborate with IT team to improve overall IT infrastructure

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Officer or similar role
- Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
