Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction workers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and overseeing the quality of workmanship.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise construction workers and subcontractors on site.
2. Coordinate and schedule daily activities to meet project deadlines.
3. Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
4. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
5. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.
6. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure project efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
4. Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
