Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide product information and pricing to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments
