Summary:
The Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and coordinating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff in the designated section.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the specified recipe and presentation standards.
- Assist in creating new recipes, menus, and special dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or line cook.
