Bartender

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at a luxury hospitality property. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a memorable experience for our clientele.

Job Responsibility:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, in keeping with the property's standards.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling and serving food and drinks.
- Upsell additional products and services, such as premium spirits or bar specials, to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and balancing the cash register.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Bartender in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of mixing and serving drinks, including specialty cocktails and premium spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
