Summary:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and blended drinks to customers while maintaining high brand standards. You will also be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting upselling opportunities, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and blended drinks according to brand standards.
- Operate café equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers, take accurate orders, and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Operate the POS system accurately for order processing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Support store promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café equipment operation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
